New Partnership Offers Credit Education to Search Employees

Search is very pleased to announce a new partnership with Working Credit!
Working Credit is a not-for-profit that partners with employers to provide their employees with the tools and information needed to advance their financial circumstances. Working Credit was generously funded to provide its' services to Search employees at no cost.
This means that in 2018, Search employees are able to take advantage of the "Make Credit Work for You" program. "Make Credit Work For You" helps working families build and sustain strong credit scores and then use credit improvements to reduce expenses inflated by poor credit or no credit.
Through this partnership, Search employees will be able to get information about how to establish, improve, and sustain a good FICO credit score, with the ultimate goal of helping our employees keep more of what they earn. There are three unique components to the program:
- Credit Building Education: Working Credit will be providing 45-minute workshops to Search employees on the ins and outs of the Credit Scoring System. The first of these workshops took place in March.
- One-on-One Credit Building Counseling: Employees also have the option of participating in one-on-one credit building counseling.
- Credit Updates: Employees who choose to participate in one-on-one credit building counseling will receive personalized credit updates from Working Credit counselors every 6-months, for 18 months.
We are extremely happy to be able to provide "Make Credit Work for You" at Search through this new partnership with Working Credit!
